Booked for an adults family room , but when we got there we were asked if we needed an extra bed bed put in the room for a n extra£45, and I asked why, I was told there was only 1 double bed in there, but I already pre paid for the room for 3 adults, ,but after awhile dispute with the manager they finally put the extra bed in the room at no cost, g to there is no fridge in the room and very limited wardrobe space , but if you need somewhere cheap for a night or 2, it’s ok, bed was comfortable

Welcoming and helpful receptionist. I checked in late, and he ensured my needs were met. However I think the amenities could do with a face lift.

The hotel was very nice. The room was huge by UK standards and very clean. The bathroom had a bath and a shower, both of which were ample for my height (5’10). The girl at the reception was very polite and helpful as was the service at breakfast. The breakfast was good, options for both cold and hot. Would certainly stay again. Location is near open park areas, I did walk from the station and it was certainly doable (took about 20 minutes) if not super-convenient. Would stay again.

Room was very spacious and clean but room was tired. Shower door needs a good clean at bottom. Staff very good and attentive. Breakfast very good!
